Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies and similar storage technologies used by ganpatrai.in. We try to use as few as possible — and none of them sell, profile or track you across the web.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember information between page loads (for example, that you accepted the cookie notice). Similar technologies include localStorage and session storage.

2. Cookies we use on this website

Changing your mind

Use Cookie preferences in any page footer to grant or withdraw optional analytics consent. Choosing Decline after accepting stops new custom events, requests consent withdrawal from the providers, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page without Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. Cloudflare remains cookieless and is not loaded when Do Not Track is enabled. Withdrawal does not delete data already received by a provider; third-party cookies may need to be cleared in browser settings.

With optional analytics consent, approved LinkedIn campaign labels may be kept in session storage under gpr-linkedin-campaign-v1 for up to 30 minutes within the browser tab. Labels distinguish Programme A or B and the linked content; they must not contain names, email addresses or other personal information. They are cleared when consent is declined. Unknown query parameters are removed from public marketing URLs before analytics load.

Measured custom interactions are Book a Demo clicks, LinkedIn company/share clicks and a successful enquiry response. These events use fixed names, public page paths and approved campaign labels, not personal form contents. The enquiry form remains separate and sends the information you submit to Formspree.

3. Cookies inside the GanpatrAI product

When a hospital deploys GanpatrAI on its own network, the product uses one session cookie to keep authenticated users signed in, and one preference cookie for UI defaults. These cookies are set by the hospital's own server — not by us — and they never leave the hospital network.

4. Third-party scripts

This marketing site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts may log your IP address as part of serving the files. We do not pass any other information to it. Analytics scripts are described in section 2.

5. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time using your browser settings. Most browsers let you do this per site under "Privacy & security" or "Site settings". Blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading the marketing site.

6. Do Not Track

We honour the "Do Not Track" browser signal: when it is on, we do not load any analytics on this site (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics), and the cookie banner is not shown.

7. Updates

We will update this page if we add or remove any tracking technology. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
